This software may be freely distributed, as long as all of the original documentation remains with the application.
The software must not be modified and no parts of it may be reproduced, de-compiled or otherwise altered without prior written permission from S&M Software by Scott (The Defpom) or Mark (The Reaper). We reserve the right to cease all product support at any time.
We can make no guarantee of the level of security of the software , computer system or network that the software is installed on, we have done extensive testing and have tried to ensure that there are no vulnerabilities in the software, however we cannot ensure that it is totally secure, and as such it should be used with care. We are not responsible for any possible loses that may arise from direct or indirect use of the software. We are not responsible for the way in which the software may be used, it is the end users responsibility to use the software in a safe and legal manor.

If you DO NOT AGREE to the above terms and conditions you may not download or use the software, and you must delete all copies in your possession.

We need bug reports to be sent to us, if you have any problems with the software crashing or doing weird or unexpected stuff, let us know, telling us what you were trying to do, what you had just done, if you can make it crash by doing the same thing again, etc. the more bug reports and information we can get the more problems we can fix, we have eliminated every bug that we can find, it has been tested on OSX 10.3.7 - 10.4.3 and OS9.1 on a G4 sawtooth running at a speed of 1.2 GHz with 1.3GB of RAM.

On the PC side it should work in Windows 95 (Win95 version), 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP etc., however, I have not been able to test it.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

I have had reports that some anti virus applications are incorrectly reporting that the downloaded file or application contains a virus/trojan, I do not know why they are incorrectly reporting the download as contaminated, I use Norton Anti Virus and Virus Barrier (both are frequently updated) and have not had any problems reported, all I can assume is that there is similar code that the anti virus program in question thinks is part of a virus, it may also be something to do with the update check feature of the software, where it looks up a document from this web site to see if a newer version is available.

I am 100% sure that the software is virus and trojan free.

The current version is 1.0.1 (Third public release, release date 3rd December 2005).
